remembering the body
A space to slow down, listen to the body, and reconnect with the parts of yourself that may have become quiet beneath the demands of living, changing, and becoming.
* 5 spaces available. Open until November 30 or until all spaces are taken.
There are seasons in our lives when we can feel a little further away from ourselves.
The transitions of motherhood, postpartum, reproductive experiences, grief, relationships, and the many ways we change and become can leave us feeling disconnected from our bodies, our needs, and the parts of ourselves that are asking to be heard.
Sometimes we need a space where we don't have to hold everything together. A space to pause, to feel, to explore, and to be met with curiosity and tenderness.
Remembering the Body offers an opportunity to turn toward yourself through somatic exploration, gentle movement, body awareness, and conversation.
What is somatic support?
Somatic work invites us to include the body in how we understand and navigate our experiences.
Rather than focusing only on talking through what is happening, we make space to notice what is unfolding in the body: sensations, impulses, emotions, patterns, and the subtle ways our bodies communicate with us.
Drawing from my training in Somatic Experiencing, expressive somatic movement, and my work supporting women through life's many transitions, I offer a space for slowing down, building awareness, and exploring your relationship with your body.
There is no particular way you need to show up. You don't need to know what you want to work on or have the right words. We begin with what is here.
What we might explore together:
Our sessions are shaped around you and what is present in your life.
You might come wanting to explore:
Overwhelm, stress, and patterns of nervous system activation.
Identity shifts, grief, relationships, and periods of becoming.
A desire to feel more connected to your body, needs, and inner knowing.
The physical and emotional transitions of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Reconnection with your body and sense of self after becoming a mother.
Experiences of pregnancy loss, termination, or reproductive change.
We may work with gentle movement, grounding, body awareness, sensation, imagery, and conversation. There is no prescribed outcome or expectation to move through anything before you're ready.
* This work is not only for mothers but for any woman who many identify with themes of transitions, a desire to connect with the body and the in-between.
What to Expect & Pricing:
Sessions take place online and are held as an intentional space for you.
We begin by arriving and exploring what is present. From there, we may move between conversation, somatic awareness, gentle movement, and moments of stillness.
My approach is collaborative and responsive. I believe in moving at a pace that honors your capacity, choice, and boundaries.
This isn't about fixing yourself or becoming someone different. It's about creating space to listen to the body and develop a deeper relationship with yourself.

A little about me
I'm a somatic practitioner, mother, and someone deeply interested in the ways our bodies hold stories, experiences, and possibilities for becoming.
My work is informed by Somatic Experiencing training, expressive somatic movement, and full-spectrum doula education. I'm particularly drawn to supporting women through the thresholds of motherhood, postpartum, reproductive experiences, and the many transitions that shape our lives.
I believe in the importance of spaces where women can be met with honesty, tenderness, curiosity, and care.
You are welcome to come as you are.
