Remembering

A 6-week integration circle to witness one another on our own path of Remembering

The modern day world has pulled us away from the remembering of the land and the wisdom that it holds, the stories of the flowers and honoring the pacing at which our body wants to move.

We’re asked to move quickly, to keep going and when it comes to exploring our own inner selves, we are sold the idea that transformation happens overnight.

I’m tired of the marketing promoting transformational “healing”. I want more spaces that honor the slow pacing, where we sit in circle, witnessing one another, listening and asking questions.

Each of us has knowledge and wisdom to share. No one has a secret code that you are unable to access within.

Each of us is reclaiming something unique.

This space is a time to connect and talk about the themes we are reclaiming as fem bodied individuals. How do we want to do life differently? How were we birthed into the world and what are the lessons that the land, flowers and our ancestors want us to walk with in this lifetime?

How are we creating intimacy with our bodies? What is the body wanting us to know? And what are we letting die within us?

I love asking these open-ended questions with not necessarily knowing the answers.
I do believe not knowing the answers and letting them sit is a push-back from our society which asks us “to know”.

If joining this space sounds like somewhere you’d like to nest for a few weeks, I’d love to have you.
Below are some more details for you and of course, you can always reach me via email with questions.

This space is women & fem bodied folks.

Listen to a short audio clip below where I talk more about this space.

What we’ll explore

Week 1: Opening & Birth

The exploration of how you relate to “Spring”, our birth stories (or what we know/feel) and the relationship to birth. That might be actual birth, birthing ideas/creations into the world or simply reframing what this means to you.

Week 2: Death & Honoring Grief

What is your relationship to Winter, death and grief? How do you have these conversations with people in your life? How do you want to show up in these conversations and during this season?

Week 3: INtimacy

We weave in the energy of Summer. What’s the connection point of intimacy within birth and death? What does intimacy look like for you within the realms of connecting with the land? How is this expressed for you? How are you doing life differently? What are you pushing back against? What is your own reclamation in this lifetime?

Week 4: Exploration of the body

What does Fall teach us about the body? We move into a lens of exploring the body and if the body could speak, what would it say? What relationship did your ancestors hold with their bodies?

Week 5: From the land

Taking what we’ve explore thus far and sitting in question with how we want to be in right relationship with the land? What does it look like to explore this relationship further? What does the land teach you and how do you want to reciprocate with your time here on this earth?

Week 6: Closing & INtegration

A gentle closing and discussion of ongoing integration. What has integration meant to you and how is it changing? What does “change” mean to you and what relationship do you want to have with this moving forward How do you want to show up for your community and what does support look like for you moving forward
